And the more I listened, the clearer it became: mothers and daughters aren't struggling because they don't love each other, they're struggling because no one ever taught them how to understand what they inherited.

 

That's why I created The Mother–Daughter Collective: a place where women can finally breathe, unpack their emotional truth, and break patterns that have travelled through their family line for generations.
